Search Terms
When a visitor enters a name, place, or other search detail into a search box, that entry is sent to the third-party provider that operates the tool. Fulton County Busted Mugshots does not keep or log those search terms on its own end. The provider's own notice controls its handling of the query.
Messages and Contact Submissions
An email or other message sent about the site may include a name, reply address, record question, or requested correction. The information is retained as needed to read and answer the message. It is not shared outside the organization unless disclosure is required by law, a valid legal process, or a safety need.
Technical Data Collected Automatically
A normal page request can create basic technical information. This helps operate the pages, understand general use, and find faults. It is not treated as a county jail record or a court record.

Fulton County Busted Mugshots cannot guarantee that a transmission, stored message, or outside provider will be free from every breach or security failure.
Visitors Under 18
The service is intended for adults and does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If a minor has sent information, a parent or guardian may use the Contact Us route to request its deletion. A request should identify the information without sending unnecessary personal details.
Your Privacy Choices
A visitor may ask about personal information handled directly by the service. Send a clear request through Contact Us, with enough detail to locate the message or request without including more sensitive information than needed.
- Ask for a copy of personal information held directly by the service.
- Ask that inaccurate information be corrected.
- Ask for deletion where the service has a lawful basis to honor the request.
- Ask to opt out of a processing activity that the service can control, such as certain communications.
A search query sent to a partner must be addressed with that provider. Browser controls can also limit cookies, and an advertising partner may provide its own opt-out controls.
Changes to This Policy
This policy may be revised when the service, search tools, analytics, advertising, or legal requirements change. A revised version will be posted here with a new effective date. Continued use of Fulton County Busted Mugshots after an update means the visitor accepts the revised practices.
